Biteback Quick Silver Lotion 500 ml

 
   It can be used on its own as an antiseptic cleanser, making use of the natural antibacterial properties of silver.   It is easy to spray over a patch of scabby skin and covers quickly and efficiently.  The trigger spray nozzle is ideal for applying the product deep into the coat/hair of a particular problem area.  It also adds a silkiness which makes it easy to massage in, helping to gently loosen scabs without having to pick at them.  

     It can also be used successfully to assist with many common skin issues.  For example with scabs arising from damp and muddy condition, sweat or eczema, we recommend cleansing with Quick-Silver, followed by powdering dry with Rebel Diamite or applying Mudbar.

     With excessive rubbing/scratching behaviour in horses or dogs, caused by over-sensitivity to bites from midges or fleas, the Quick-Silver lotion can be applied if there are signs of scabbing and/or inflammation.  If the issue has progessed into open lesions, we would recommend using Rebel Diamite after cleansing with Quick-Silver.
