Winter brings with it wet and muddy conditions which can lead to skin problems.

Mud Fever, commonly known as Pastern Dermatitis is caused by a mixture of bacteria (Dermatophilus Congolensis and staphylococcus spp),  fungal organisms (dermatophytes) and in some cases chorioptic mites.

Heat and swelling

Pus filled Lesions
